Zero Data Selling: We never sell, rent, monetize, or broker your personal information, email address, or musical library preferences to third parties or advertising networks.

1. Information We Collect

We minimize data collection to only what is strictly necessary to deliver the software license and authenticate client access:

Order & Authentication Data: When you register or purchase a license, we store your email address and an encrypted hash of your license key to verify quota access.
Local Browser Preferences: Audio quality options (e.g. 24-bit FLAC vs 320k MP3), theme selections, and custom download folder paths are saved strictly in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and are never sent to our database.
Server Telemetry & Stream Audit: Temporary technical logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp, requested catalog ISRC) are retained for 30 days solely for rate limiting, DDoS mitigation, and quota auditing.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to deliver licenses, enforce quotas, process support requests, and maintain server reliability.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We work exclusively with PCI-DSS certified payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, NOWPayments). We never store or see your payment card details.

4. Cookies & First-Party Analytics

We do not use cross-site trackers. Only standard first-party session cookies and aggregate Google Analytics (G-64YN821EEY) are used to monitor server performance.
