Summary: Beatport Downloader PRO provides software tools to manage, convert, and organize music tracks you have legally purchased or accessed. You are solely responsible for compliance with Beatport LLC terms of service and applicable copyright laws.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Beatport Downloader PRO (including the web client at beatport-downloader.com, web application, and APIs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not access or use the service.

2. Software License Grant

Upon purchase of a license key (Demo, High Quality, or Ultra Studio PRO), Beatport Downloader PRO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the software strictly for personal, non-commercial DJ library preparation. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or sublicense the software or license keys.

3. Acceptable Use & User Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold appropriate licenses and rights for all audio tracks downloaded, organized, or converted using the software.
You will not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, circumvent technical protection measures in violation of law, or distribute unauthorized commercial copies.
You will not abuse server infrastructure through automated denial-of-service, excessive scraping, or sharing active session tokens across unauthorized third parties.

4. Service Tiers & Quota Policies

Service capabilities, batch queue limits, and format options are defined by your active plan tier:

Demo Tier: Free evaluation access granted with daily download quotas for testing audio and playlist conversion quality.
High Quality Tier: High-bitrate 320kbps MP3 batch queues, Camelot key embedding, and priority server routing.
Ultra Studio PRO Tier: Unlimited lossless 24-bit/16-bit FLAC, WAV, and AIFF downloads, multi-threaded batch extractions, and lifetime software updates.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The software is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Beatport Downloader PRO or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

6. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.
